A meeting of the Glubokoye District Executive Committee was held

The first issue considered at the meeting was the implementation of the state youth policy in the district.

Lyudmila Karnilovich, Head of the Department of Ideological Work and Youth Affairs of the District Executive Committee, delivered the main report. Together with co-rapporteurs, she presented a detailed analysis of the current work in this area.

During the speech, key problems were identified and the need to strengthen three important areas was emphasized: educational work, ideological component, and organizational mechanisms.

The Chairman of the District Executive Committee, Petr Belus, emphasized that work in the field of youth policy must be carried out systematically and consistently.

– It is necessary to work fundamentally. To engage in things that truly educate young people and shape their value orientations. Only then will we be able to see the result, — noted the head of the district.

A system of measures for staffing agricultural organizations of the district was discussed at the meeting of the District Executive Committee.

The key topic of discussion was the implementation of measures to retain young specialists in rural areas, their professional adaptation, and the creation of favorable living conditions.

As noted by Nataliya Simankovich, Head of Organizational and Personnel Work of the District Executive Committee, young specialists today are the driving force of enterprises in all sectors of the economy, including agriculture. Currently, state personnel policy is aimed at supporting youth, creating conditions for career growth and self-realization.

According to co-rapporteur Nataliya Zenovich, Chairperson of the Glubokoye District Trade Union Organization of the Belarusian Trade Union of Agro-Industrial Complex Workers, a significant incentive for retaining young specialists in their workplaces is a decent salary level and the resolution of their domestic and social issues.

The executive committee meeting considered the progress of implementing the state programs "Physical Culture and Sports" and "Belarus Hospitable" for 2021–2025 in the Glubokoye district as the third item on the agenda.

Tatyana Zevalich, Head of the Sports and Tourism Sector of the District Executive Committee, delivered a report. In her presentation, she outlined the results of the programs' implementation, highlighted key activities and achievements in the development of physical culture and sports, as well as the district's tourism potential, and identified tasks for the upcoming period.

In conclusion, the executive committee members emphasized the importance of consistent work on developing sports and tourism sectors, which play a significant role in improving the quality of life for the population and shaping the attractive image of the Glubokoye district.

Before the district executive committee meeting, an exhibition of social and public organizations was held.

The foyer featured an exposition showcasing the work of social and public institutions of the district.

The exhibition presented achievements from: the tourist information center, the children's and youth sports school, the center for correctional and developmental education and rehabilitation, the territorial center for social services for the population, the "Vishnevy" social boarding house, and the RK OO BRSM.

In addition to informational materials, the organizations presented souvenir products, including festive New Year gifts.

The exposition was visited and highly praised by the Chairman of the District Executive Committee, Petr Belus, and the Chairman of the District Council of Deputies, Vera Telitsa.
