In February 2022, the inspection sector of supervision and prevention of the Glubokoye District Department for Emergency Situations conducted a spot check of the private trading unitary enterprise "Psuevsky" (Director - Gaidar Oleg Vladimirovich), located at: Glubokoye District, Psuevsky s/s, ag. Psuya, Lenin St., bld. 50.

During the inspection, it was found that the enterprise violated the requirements of the legislation on fire safety, general fire safety requirements for the maintenance and operation of capital structures (buildings, structures), isolated premises and other facilities owned by business entities, approved by Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus of 23.11.2017 No. 7 (hereinafter - OTBP), Building Norms of the Republic of Belarus 2.02.03-2019 "Fire Automation of Buildings and Structures" (hereinafter - SN 2.02.03-2019), namely:

- the enterprise has not developed an overall fire safety instruction (Clause 7 of OTBP);

- doors located on the evacuation routes of shops in ag. Psuya, d. Zjabki, d. Iveś are not equipped with locks that can be opened from the inside without a key (Clause 48 of OTBP);

- the existing evacuation plans for people in case of fire in shops in ag. Psuya, d. Zjabki, d. Iveś do not comply with the form defined by the Ministry of Emergency Situations (Clause 45 of OTBP);

- training of officials on fire-technical minimum programs defined by the Ministry of Emergency Situations has not been organized (Clause 3, sub-clause 3.2, paragraph 2 of OTBP);

- shops in ag. Psuya, d. Zjabki, d. Iveś are not equipped with automatic fire alarms (Clause 3.1, Clause 9 of OTBP, Appendix F, Clause 19.1 of SN 2.02.03-2019).

The Ministry of Emergency Situations reminds that in accordance with Article 17 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus "On Fire Safety", heads of organizations must ensure fire safety.
