“Drunk and unlicensed drivers have no place on the road!”

Under this slogan, the traffic police department of the Internal Affairs Department of the Glubokoye District Department of Internal Affairs will conduct a preventive event from April 26 to April 30, 2025, aimed at preventing road traffic accidents involving persons without a driver's license, as well as suppressing cases of driving vehicles while intoxicated.

Dear citizens, do not remain indifferent when you become aware that a vehicle is being driven by a person intoxicated or without a driver's license, or when you notice a "drunk" cyclist or pedestrian moving along the road without being marked in accordance with traffic regulations. Call "102", report their location, perhaps you will save someone's life and help avoid disaster for the family and loved ones of this person, and also prevent other road users from causing harm to such a "poor cyclist" or "poor pedestrian". If for various reasons you do not want to "report" such a person, then no one forbids you to independently remove the driver from operating the vehicle, or escort the cyclist, pedestrian to their place of residence or another safe location. By reacting, you will feel calm, as you have done everything you could to prevent disaster.

Such drivers are not stopped by "huge" fines and deprivation of their driving licenses, nor by the most terrible consequences that may arise from their not entirely adequate behavior on the roads, nor by the fear of becoming a criminal and losing their vehicles.
