A personal reception of citizens was held by the Head of the District, Piotr Belus. Residents of the city and district raised issues relevant to them: from the provision of rental housing to the state of road infrastructure and construction quality.

Piotr Belus provided explanations for each appeal, and took the most pressing ones under his personal control until their full resolution.
The Head of the District emphasized: "Open and honest dialogue with residents is the basis of effective management. Every appeal is important, and we will promptly respond to people's requests."

- the need to obtain rental housing in Glubokoye;
- the absence of electrification of a land plot in the village of Khoroshki;
- destruction of the road surface on the street of the district center after the replacement of the water pipeline;
- balcony leakage in a new residential building;
- unsatisfactory condition of the road in the village of Verkhneye;
- issues of reconciling documents with the BTI.
