Pyotr Belus at the Glubokoye Central Regional Hospital: first impressions and plans for healthcare development

During a meeting with the staff of the medical institution, Piotr Kazimirovich emphasized the importance of open dialogue and urged employees to voice any issues related to both professional activities and social and living conditions.

– It is important for me to hear from you what concerns you, what suggestions and remarks you have, so that we can work together to improve the situation, – noted the Chairman of the District Executive Committee.

Before the meeting with the staff, Piotr Bielys conducted a detailed inspection of the hospital. His route included visits to key departments: the CT scan room, laundry, kitchen, emergency room, ambulance center, registry, laboratories, as well as a separate infectious diseases department. The Chairman of the District Executive Committee also paid attention to the condition of the adjacent territory.

Following the inspection, Piotr Bielys shared his first impressions.

– My overall impressions of getting acquainted with the hospital are positive. I see that the institution is functioning in a managed mode, and the level of material and technical equipment is at a decent level. Of course, there are certain challenges related to staffing, but the situation is not critical, – he commented.

The head of the district also visited the Glubokoye Dental Clinic, where he inquired about the level of its equipment, the need for capital or cosmetic repairs, and other issues.
