The architectural and planning concept of the project by LLC "Rubikon" is recommended for approval

On April 9-10, 2025, regular meetings of the architectural and urban planning council of the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee were held.
Following the completion of public discussion, the architectural and planning concept of the Rubicon LLC project has been recommended for approval.
Also, within the framework of the council, concepts for the development of public spaces in the cities of Dokshytsy and Chashniki, and the urban settlements of Beshenkovichi and Ushachi were considered. Representatives of district executive committees were given recommendations for refining the projects.
