Republican competition "Exporter of the Year"

This is an open, data-driven competition held to promote the image of the Republic of Belarus as an active exporter, stimulate the development of export-oriented production, and recognize Belarusian enterprises that have achieved significant export growth.
The organizer of the competition is the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, with co-organizers including government bodies, executive committees, and other organizations.
The competition is held in accordance with the Regulations on the Republican Competition "Exporter of the Year", approved by the Presidium of the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
Enterprises registered in the Republic of Belarus that have been engaged in entrepreneurial activities and have been producing and exporting goods manufactured in Belarus for at least two years preceding the reporting period are eligible to participate in the competition.
The competition commission has the right to determine the winner in each nomination as either a large enterprise or a small or medium-sized enterprise.
Benefits of participating in the "Exporter of the Year" competition:
- Recognition of the company's success and its contribution to the country's economic development;
- Confirmation of high product quality and its demand in the global market;
- Enhancement of brand prestige and recognition;
- The right for competition winners to use the "Exporter of the Year" mark in their advertising and presentation materials;
- Publication of laureate materials in the "Mercury" information bulletin of the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry;
- Placement of information about winners and laureates on the website of the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
The competition is held annually.
Over the years, winners have included both flagships of Belarusian industry and small and medium-sized businesses.
The competition is held in 17 nominations and consists of 2 stages:
- the first stage is a qualifying round, the conduct of which is ensured by the co-organizers of the competition.
The stage begins on April 17, 2025.
- the second stage is the final, based on the results of which the competition commission will summarize the results of the competition and determine its winners.
The stage begins on May 16, 2025.
The criteria and procedure for evaluating the competition participants are given in Appendix 2 to the Competition Regulations.
Winners of the competition in each nomination are awarded the prize and diploma of the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry "Best Exporter of the Year", and also receive the right to use the "Best Exporter of the Year" mark in their advertising and presentation materials, indicating the year for which they were determined as winners.
The competition commission has the right to additionally make decisions on awarding special prizes (diplomas) to encourage participants who have shown high results in certain indicators of export activities.
Following the established tradition, the award ceremony for the winners will be held in a solemn atmosphere.
Participation in the competition is free of charge.
To participate in the qualifying stage of the competition, you need to:
1. Fill out the competition card.
2. Send it to the co-organizer conducting the qualifying stage of the competition.
!!! Please note that:
- The Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry does not conduct the qualifying stage; competition cards should be sent directly to the co-organizers, not to the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry;
- the deadlines for submitting competition cards for participation in the qualifying stage of the competition are determined by the co-organizers independently.
