One of the main causes of fires still remains the disregard of citizens for fire safety rules due to inattention or ignorance, but the outcome is the same.

In order to reduce the risks of people's deaths from external causes, including fires, due to citizens' non-compliance with life safety principles and fire safety rules, as well as to increase public awareness of the capabilities of state organizations in providing services (assistance) in the field of fire safety, strengthening law and order and preventing offenses committed by citizens while intoxicated, from March 22 to 30, 2025, the republican campaign «For Safety Together» will be held in the Glubokoye district.

Representatives of the internal affairs bodies, labor and social protection, education, media, housing and communal services, healthcare, and energy, as well as the Belarusian Voluntary Fire Society, will take part in the preventive measures.

Traditionally, first and foremost, prevention entities will pay attention to families with children in a socially dangerous situation, lonely and single elderly citizens, disabled people, citizens who use their homes for drinking alcohol, people leading an antisocial lifestyle, veterans of the Great Patriotic War, and other socially vulnerable categories of citizens.

IMPORTANT: Within the framework of the campaign, anyone can contact the territorial bodies and units for emergency situations to inspect the fire safety condition of their home.

For reference. Since the beginning of the year, 8 fires have been recorded in the Glubokoye district.
