The Glubokoe District Inspectorate of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection (hereinafter referred to as the Inspectorate) is a territorial body of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection and a structural unit of the Vitebsk Regional Committee for Natural Resources and Environmental Protection, exercising state authority in the field of environmental protection and rational use of natural resources within the territory of the corresponding administrative-territorial unit. The Inspectorate is subordinate exclusively to the Committee and the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection. The Inspectorate is guided in its activities by the legislation of the Republic of Belarus, legal acts of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection, the Committee, and the Regulations on the Inspectorate.
