The State Institution "Center for Ensuring the Activities of Budgetary Organizations and State Bodies of the Gluboksky District" (hereinafter referred to as the Center) was established on the basis of Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus No. 475 of December 23, 2019 "On Ensuring the Activities of Budgetary Organizations" and the decision of the Gluboksky District Executive Committee No. 69 of January 30, 2020.
Main functions:
maintaining accounting records, compiling accounting and financial statements;
carrying out activities related to public procurement procedures;
carrying out activities related to the implementation of labor protection and fire safety measures;
carrying out activities related to the storage of archival documents, inventory, equipment and other property;
compiling budget and extra-budgetary estimates and their calculations;
conducting analysis of financial and economic activities;
carrying out settlements with individuals and legal entities;
performing other duties that do not contradict the legislation.
