Educational Institution "Glubokoe State College" trains skilled workers for the agricultural, transport, public catering, and trade sectors, as well as enterprises and organizations in the following qualifications: repair fitter for agricultural machinery and equipment, repair fitter for automobiles, driver of category "C", tractor driver-machinist of agricultural production, bricklayer, cook, seamstress, salesperson.
Since September 2023, the college has been training specialists in the qualification "Production Organizer" (secondary vocational education level). From 2025 – in the qualification "Technician-Mechanic" (secondary vocational education level).
The college provides educational services for the adult population: retraining of drivers from category "B" to category "C", from "C" to "CE", tractor drivers-machinists from category "C" to categories "C", "D", "F". Training is also organized to improve the qualifications of cooks from the 3rd to the 4th grade.
Vocational training is organized for students in grades 10-11 who are receiving general secondary education in general educational institutions.
As of September 1, 2025, the educational institution "Glubokoe State College" has 342 students. The educational process is supported by 42 pedagogical staff members, 76% of whom hold first and higher qualification categories.
The material base includes 27 classrooms, 2 computer labs, 4 workshops, 7 laboratories, a gymnasium, a stadium, a library, an assembly hall, a tractor driving range, a driving track, a canteen, a dormitory, an educational farm, and a health center.
Since September 2021, the Precision Agriculture Center has been successfully operating on the college's premises.
