From January 2, 2023, based on Article 25 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of July 18, 2011 No. 300-Z "On Citizens' and Legal Entities' Appeals" (as amended by the Law of the Republic of Belarus of June 28, 2022 No. 176-Z, which enters into force on January 2, 2023), electronic appeals will be submitted through the state unified republican information system for accounting and processing citizens' and legal entities' appeals (обращения.бел).
Access to this system will be free of charge.
