On January 28, icy conditions will persist in many districts of Belarus, with icy roads. Heavy snowfall is expected at night in the central regions. In this regard, an orange level of danger has been declared in the country. This was reported to BelTA by the Republican Center for Hydrometeorology, Radioactive Contamination Control and Environmental Monitoring of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection.
On Wednesday, cloudy weather will prevail. Precipitation (snow, sleet, rain) is expected at times. Heavy snow is expected at night in some places, and in the central regions over most of the territory. Icing is possible in many districts, with icy roads. Fog is possible in some places. The wind is forecast to be variable in direction, 3-8 m/s.
