The ninth session of the 29th convocation of the Glubokoye District Council of Deputies was held

on the report of the district executive committee on the implementation of the main parameters of socio-economic development of the district in 2024 and tasks for 2025;

on the district budget for 2025.

The session was attended by Anatoly Sivko, Deputy of the House of Representatives of the National Assembly of the Republic of Belarus, and Viktor Mirosh and Oleg Apetenok, deputies of the Vitebsk Regional Council of Deputies.

The report was delivered by the Chairman of the Glubokoe District Executive Committee, Alexander Shubsky. He noted that thanks to the joint efforts of the district authorities and deputies, it was possible to maintain a stable socio-political situation and ensure positive dynamics in the economy in 2024. All key indicators were met: budget revenues, wage growth, commissioning of housing with state support, industrial production, volume of contract work, export of goods and services, sales profitability, retail turnover, and staff turnover rate.

It is especially important to emphasize that none of the socio-economic development indicators of the district decreased compared to 2023. This indicates competent management and effective work of all structures.

Alexander Nikolaevich outlined the tasks for agricultural organizations of the Glubokoe district for 2025:

to ensure an increase in crop production by at least 24.6% and livestock production by 3.6% compared to the 2024 level;

to ensure the preservation of the cattle herd.

- The stable operation of the agricultural sector will allow us to maintain the positive dynamics of the main industrial enterprises: Milk Processing Plant, Meat Processing Plant, and Feed Mill, - noted Alexander Shubsky.

In his report, Alexander Nikolaevich noted the high quality of products from Glubokoe enterprises, which is confirmed by the growing export volumes.

- Today, the export volume is 1.6 times higher than the 2023 level, - emphasized Alexander Shubsky.

At the final session of the Glubokskoye District Council of Deputies, Natalia Pokhom, Head of the Financial Department of the Glubokskoye District Executive Committee, delivered a report on the draft budget of the Glubokskoye District for 2025.

In her speech, Natalia Pokhom detailed the current economic situation in the district and highlighted priority areas for funding in the upcoming year. Special attention was paid to social programs, infrastructure, education, and healthcare.

The draft budget was presented taking into account all necessary calculations and proposals aimed at improving the well-being of the district's residents.

Anatoly Sivko, Deputy of the House of Representatives of the National Assembly of the Republic of Belarus, paid special attention to the report of Alexander Shubsky, Chairman of the Glubokskoye District Executive Committee, who presented a detailed report on the current state of affairs in the district and future development plans.

The deputy noted the positive aspects of the district administration's work and emphasized the importance of further sustainable growth of the region.

In conclusion, Anatoly Sivko congratulated those present on the upcoming New Year and wished them health, success, and prosperity in 2025.

Viktor Mirosh, Deputy of the Vitebsk Regional Council of Deputies for the Podsvilsky Electoral District No. 24, and Oleg Apetenok, Deputy of the Glubokskoye Electoral District No. 23, emphasized the need to increase attention to ensuring a decent standard of living for the population.
