State Youth Policy
State youth policy is an integral part of the state policy in the field of socio-economic, cultural and national development of the Republic of Belarus and represents a holistic system of legal, organizational and managerial, financial and economic, scientific, informational, and personnel measures aimed at creating the necessary conditions for young citizens to choose their life path, for their responsible participation in the life and development of the Belarusian state and society. Youth is considered a socio-age group of the population under 31 years of age.
Youth policy in the Glubokoe district is implemented in accordance with the Constitution of the Republic of Belarus, the Law of the Republic of Belarus of December 7, 2009 No. 65-Z "On the Fundamentals of State Youth Policy", the State Program "Belarus Intellectual" for 2026–2030, and other regulatory legal acts on the implementation of state youth policy.
There are 4712 young people aged 14 to 31 living in the Glubokoe district.
In socio-demographic terms, the youth of Glubokoe region represent diverse groups: students of educational institutions and vocational lyceums, employees of the education and healthcare systems, agricultural and industrial sectors, small and medium-sized businesses, the Armed Forces of the Republic of Belarus

The range of youth work directions is quite wide.
Civic and patriotic education is fundamental in working with youth to foster patriotism, national identity, legal and political culture, and to develop a conscious, responsible, and active desire to participate in public life.
Issues related to promoting the right of youth to work, organizing temporary employment for youth during their free time, and retaining young specialists in the district are under constant control.
Numerous festivals, competitions, round tables, conferences, and meetings are held, and many projects are implemented to provide state support for gifted and talented youth, identify talented youth, create conditions for professional development and the cultivation of creative abilities, and attract them to intellectual activities.
Promoting a healthy lifestyle and preventing alcoholism, drug addiction, and offenses among youth is another area of state youth policy implementation.
To provide state support for young families, emphasis is placed on promoting the culture of marital relations, a healthy lifestyle, strengthening family traditions and intergenerational ties, and creating favorable conditions for raising children.
Promoting the realization of youth's right to associate. An important direction of state youth policy is the development of youth's social activity and civic consciousness through their participation in the activities of youth and children's public associations.
One of the key goals of youth policy is to promote the development and implementation of youth-driven socially significant initiatives.
