The district has 26 educational institutions, including: a gymnasium, 15 general secondary education institutions, 7 preschool education institutions, the State Educational Institution "Center for Children and Youth of the Glubokoe District", the State Educational Institution "Center for Correctional and Developmental Education and Rehabilitation of the Glubokoe District", the State Educational Institution "Socio-Pedagogical Center of the Glubokoe District". A pre-conscription training center and family-type homes operate.
In the 2025/2026 academic year, the number of students is 4664.
In the education sector of the district, 799 pedagogical workers are professionally active (3 have the qualification category "teacher-methodologist", 289 – the highest, 338 – the first, 72 – the second).
12 resource centers of various orientations have been created on the basis of educational institutions, and 4 engineering and technical centers have been opened (State Educational Institution "Glubokoe District Gymnasium", State Educational Institution "Ozerec High School of the Glubokoe District", State Educational Institution "Korobov High School of the Glubokoe District named after R.I. Mateyun", State Educational Institution "Lomashevskaya Basic School of the Glubokoe District").
The implementation of the experimental republican project "Approximation of Quality Management Models in General Secondary Education Institutions" (State Educational Institution "Secondary School No. 1 of Glubokoe named after P.O. Sukhoi") and the regional innovative project "Creation and Development of a School STEM Laboratory" (State Educational Institution "Glubokoe District Gymnasium", State Educational Institution "Ozerec High School of the Glubokoe District", State Educational Institution "Korobov High School of the Glubokoe District named after R.I. Mateyun") is being carried out.
To organize transportation for students and pupils, there are 20 buses and a special vehicle for transporting children with psycho-physical developmental disabilities.
