In the Glubokoe district, there is 1 rescue station and 1 seasonal rescue post.
The Glubokoe Rescue Station of OSVOD is located on the beach on Mushkat Lake – it operates year-round.
The seasonal rescue post of OSVOD is located on Beglets Lake – it operates from May 1 to September 30.
The subject and goal of OSVOD's activity is the maximum possible reduction in the probability of people drowning in the waters of the Republic of Belarus.
OSVOD performs the following state-significant tasks:
1. Rescuing and protecting people's lives on the waters of the republic in the areas of operation of rescue stations and posts;
2. Organizes and conducts explanatory work among the population on preventing accidents on the water;
3. Trains the population in rescue techniques and first aid for persons in distress on the water;
4. Participates in conducting emergency rescue, rescue, and search operations on the water.
OSVOD is:
– a non-profit organization in the form of a republican state-public association, based on membership of legal entities and individuals, carrying out its activities throughout the territory of the Republic of Belarus;
– the legal successor of the Belarusian Republican Society for Rescue on Water;
– OSVOD carries out its activities in accordance with this Decree, other legislative acts, and the Charter – OSVOD (hereinafter referred to as the Charter). The Charter, amendments and additions to it are adopted by the supreme body of this association and approved by the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus;
– members of OSVOD can be citizens of the Republic of Belarus, foreign citizens and stateless persons permanently residing in the territory of the Republic of Belarus, who have reached the age of 16, as well as legal entities, state bodies and other state organizations that recognize the Charter and contribute to the fulfillment of state-significant tasks facing the said association.
In accordance with Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus No. 332 of July 25, 2013, the general coordination of OSVOD activities is carried out by the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus, and the Ministry of Emergency Situations, within its competence, coordinates the activities of OSVOD during emergency rescue, rescue and search operations on water, as well as the republican diving rescue service of this association.
The collective of the Glubokoe district organization of OSVOD has been recognized for its successes in ensuring the safety of people on the water.

Belarusian Party "Belaya Rus" is a political party that voluntarily unites active representatives of the Belarusian people who are capable and willing to build and develop a social, legal, and democratic state, and who recognize and implement the Party's Program and its Charter. The Belarusian Party "Belaya Rus" positions itself as an association of supporters of the First President of Belarus, Alexander Lukashenko, striving to preserve and develop his ideas and principles of building a sovereign Belarusian state.
The social base of the Belarusian Party "Belaya Rus" consists of citizens of the Republic of Belarus who share the party's ideas and care about the future of the country.

The goals of the Belarusian Party "Belaya Rus" are:
ensuring the inviolability of the constitutional system and civil accord;
strengthening an independent, strong, prosperous Belarus and building a socially just society in which every citizen feels like a free, self-sufficient, independent individual whose abilities are fully realized;
uniting citizens of the Republic of Belarus on the basis of the priority of national interests, cultural traditions, historical memory, patriotic and spiritual-moral values of the Belarusian people, and the aspiration to preserve the sovereignty and independence of the state;
forming political consciousness and public opinion in accordance with the main provisions of the Party Program and conveying the consolidated will of citizens to state and political institutions;

To achieve its goals, the Party sets the following tasks:
developing political, economic, legal, organizational, and other measures for the formation of a strong, effective, socially responsible, legal state;
promoting the improvement of citizens' quality of life, creating broad opportunities for meeting needs and the free development of the individual;
analysis of the directions and forms of citizens' interests realization, conveying public opinion to relevant state bodies and organizations with the aim of improving the public administration system;
informing the public about the statutory and program goals of the Party and its activities, explaining the Party's position on political events and processes, decisions made by state bodies and organizations;
participation in the political education of citizens with the aim of improving their intellectual and spiritual-moral level, strengthening patriotism and national self-awareness;
nomination of candidates from the Party for elected positions, participation in the preparation and conduct of elections, referendums, including as members of election commissions, referendum commissions, observers, and in the work of elected bodies;
