Studying Public Opinion

The Gluboksky District Executive Committee (hereinafter referred to as the District Executive Committee), in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Belarus of May 5, 1998 "On the Administrative-Territorial Structure of the Republic of Belarus", the Regulation on the Procedure for Considering the Opinions of Citizens and Local Councils of Deputies when Deciding on Issues of Administrative-Territorial Structure in the Republic of Belarus, approved by the Resolution of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 6, 2012 No. 623 "On Measures to Implement the Law of the Republic of Belarus "On Amendments and Additions to Certain Laws of the Republic of Belarus on Issues of Administrative-Territorial Structure of the Republic of Belarus", published a notice on studying public opinion on the issue of administrative-territorial structure of Gluboksky District in the newspaper "Vesnik Glybochchyny" and on the official website of the Gluboksky District Executive Committee on November 16, 2021.

Citizens, within a month from November 16 to December 16, 2021, had the opportunity to express their opinions on the issue of the administrative-territorial structure of Gluboksky District by submitting proposals in writing to the Gluboksky District Executive Committee or sending proposals electronically to the email address of the Gluboksky District Executive Committee posted on the official website of the District Executive Committee. Detailed information on the administrative-territorial structure of Gluboksky District could be obtained from the land management department of the Gluboksky District Executive Committee.

During the specified period, no written proposals were received at the address of the Gluboksky District Executive Committee or electronic proposals to the email address of the District Executive Committee.

There is no need to adjust the proposal regarding the change of the border of the city of Glubokoe.
