Dear residents of Gluboksky District!
The Gluboksky District Executive Committee is studying public opinion on the administrative-territorial structure of Gluboksky District.
In accordance with the Regulation on the Procedure for Considering the Opinion of Citizens of Local Councils of Deputies when Deciding on Issues of Administrative-Territorial Structure of the Republic of Belarus, approved by Resolution of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus No. 623 of July 6, 2012 "On Measures for the Implementation of the Law of the Republic of Belarus "On Amendments and Additions to Certain Laws of the Republic of Belarus on Issues of Administrative-Territorial Structure of the Republic of Belarus", the Gluboksky District Executive Committee is studying public opinion on issues of changing the boundaries of settlements in Gluboksky District and the creation of a new settlement (khutor Izumrudny) in Gluboksky District.
The Gluboksky District Executive Committee hereby informs that there is a need to change the boundaries of certain settlements in Gluboksky District for the purpose of issuing title documents for land plots to citizens.
The Gluboksky District Executive Committee hereby informs about the need for state registration of changes to the boundaries of the following settlements in Gluboksky District:
Udelsky Village Council: d. Sapelino;
Uzrechy Village Council: d. Narushovo;
Ozeretsky Village Council: ag. Martsebylino;
Ozeretsky Village Council: d. Mushkat;
Psuevsky Village Council: kh. Novaya Psuya;
Prozoroksky Village Council: d. Sakhnovichi;
Zalessky Village Council: d. Zalessye.
In addition, the Gluboksky District Council of Deputies proposes to establish a settlement – khutor Izumrudny, located near the operating children's health camp "Izumrudny" in the Zyabkovsky Village Council of Gluboksky District, Vitebsk Region.
In accordance with the third paragraph of Article 17 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus "On the Administrative-Territorial Structure of the Republic of Belarus", citizens may express their proposals on the establishment of borders of the above-mentioned administrative-territorial units within one month from the date of publication of the notice in the mass media and its placement on the global computer network Internet.
Materials on the establishment and alteration of the borders of settlements in the Glubokoe district can be reviewed on weekdays from 8:00 to 13:00 and from 14:00 to 17:00 at the following address: Glubokoe, Lenina St., 42, 2nd floor, office 15.
Citizens' proposals for the establishment of borders of the above-mentioned settlements are accepted in written form at the following address: 211800, Glubokoe, Lenina St., 42, and in electronic form at the following addresses: /ruили t2215@rik.vitebsk.by (Land Management Department).
Proposals from citizens submitted in violation of the form and deadlines will not be considered.
