The main function of the State Institution "Glubokoye District Center of Hygiene and Epidemiology" is to carry out state sanitary supervision over the compliance by legal entities, officials and citizens with legislation on health protection and ensuring the sanitary and epidemiological well-being of the population, sanitary norms, rules and hygienic standards, as well as control over the organization and implementation of measures aimed at improving the living environment and disease prevention.

The goal of the sanitary and epidemiological service of the Glubokoye RCHE is to implement state policy on ensuring the sanitary and epidemiological well-being of the population, minimizing health damage from adverse environmental factors, protection against infectious diseases, prevention of somatic morbidity, and ensuring compliance with sanitary legislation.
