Security begins with dialogue: youth and rescuers discussed important safety issues. The dialogue platform became an informal but important step towards strengthening the safety culture.

"Youth and the Ministry of Emergency Situations: an alliance for safety" is the motto under which dialogue platforms between rescuers and youth of the Gluboksky district are held. The start was given at the Udelovskaya secondary school in the Gluboksky district, and the guest of the meeting was the head of the Gluboksky District Department for Emergency Situations, Alexey Kisel, who became a "living book" for the children.

In an "open dialogue" format, the head of the Gluboksky District Department for Emergency Situations answered all questions of interest. Many questions were asked from the audience, the answers to which the children wanted to hear from an employee of the Ministry of Emergency Situations with over 20 years of experience: why and when the choice was made in favor of the Ministry of Emergency Situations, about non-standard situations in the service, what hobbies a rescuer should have. He engagingly told the children about the professional activities of the Ministry of Emergency Situations employees, where professional rescuers are "forged," about his dreams, and what led him to the heroic department.

— We don't have typical standard situations; every call to the Ministry of Emergency Situations duty service is a new situation. Every day is like an exam, — says Alexey Kisel.

The meeting continued with the inspector of the propaganda and public relations sector, Daria Zaykovskaya.

— Young rescuers in our country have a wonderful tradition of celebrating the birthday of their beloved public organization of firefighter-rescuers annually on October 14th. This year was no exception, — emphasized the employee of the Ministry of Emergency Situations.

She introduced the children to the organization and spoke about the activities of the Belarusian Association of Rescuers and Firefighters (BMOOSP) and the events held under its auspices.

On the eve of the holiday – the birthday of BMOOSP – the head of the department presented a gift to the young rescuers.

BMOOSP is an example of how youth can be active, useful, and inspiring. It is a movement that unites those who are ready to act, learn, and protect.
