Vladimir Babichev was elected the first secretary of Vitebsk Oblast Organization of the NGO «Belarusian Republican Youth Union»
At the 14th meeting of the plenum of Vitebsk Oblast Committee of Belarusian Republican Youth Union, a new first secretary of the youth organization of Vitebsk was elected. It was Vladimir Babichev.
The plenum was attended by deputy chairman of the oblast executive committee Vladimir Penin and the first secretary of the Central Committee of the NGO "Belarusian Republican Youth Union" Dmitry Voronyuk.
