Katya Vinogradova from Kobryn is battling SMA Type 2, a rare and life-threatening genetic disorder that is slowly taking away her ability to move, eat, and breathe.

She needs assistance in raising funds for the drug Zolgensma, which costs $1,817,500, and for supportive therapy.

The extreme urgency is due to the fact that Zolgensma is only administered to children weighing no more than 21 kg. Katya already weighs 19.5 kg, meaning there is almost no time left.
