Harvest campaign of grain crops in organizations of the agro-industrial complex in the Glubokoe region. Labor safety is under special control

In order to prevent occupational injuries and ensure safe working conditions during the grain harvesting campaign from July 15 to August 25, 2025, at enterprises and organizations of the agro-industrial complex, in accordance with the order of the Chairman of the Gluboksky District Executive Committee, a month of ensuring safe working conditions during the grain harvesting campaign is being held.

The month of ensuring safe working conditions during the grain harvesting campaign in organizations is an additional measure to daily labor protection work and one of the effective ways to control compliance with labor protection legislation. The principles of its implementation are: the priority of the employee's life and health; the responsibility of managers and each employee for safety and compliance with labor protection requirements; involving employees in ensuring safe working conditions and labor protection; risk assessment and management in production; training and informing employees on labor protection issues.

To this end, a mobile group for providing practical and methodological assistance in ensuring compliance with labor protection legislation, which includes representatives of control and supervisory bodies, is monitoring work on ensuring safe working conditions, maintaining fire safety regulations in agricultural organizations with the equipping of facilities and equipment with primary fire extinguishing means, medical kits and a functional set of technical means for fire protection, and the safety of technological processes when choosing methods for harvesting crops.

During the monitoring, work is carried out to identify hazardous situations during the grain harvesting campaign and to take measures to eliminate them. Proposals have been made to bring working conditions and labor protection into compliance with regulatory requirements. Employees have been provided with comprehensive explanations on issues of interest concerning labor protection legislation. The main requirements of Directive of the President of the Republic of Belarus No. 1 of March 11, 2004 "On further measures to strengthen public safety and discipline" have been communicated.
