In Belarus, more than 50 thousand apartments were built in 2025

In 2025, organizations of all ownership forms built 50.2 thousand new apartments, with 4573.6 thousand sq.m. of housing commissioned. This was reported to BELTA by the National Statistical Committee. For citizens registered as needing improved housing conditions, 1490.7 thousand sq.m. of total area was commissioned, or 32.6% of the total volume of commissioned housing.
Of the total volume of commissioned housing for citizens registered as needing improved housing conditions with state support, 810.9 thousand sq.m. were built. In rural settlements, 1648.4 thousand sq.m. of total housing area was commissioned, or 36% of the total commissioning in the republic.
