A district forum for young specialists was held in Glubokoye.

The youth engaged in an open dialogue with representatives of the authorities – Chairman of the Glubokoye District Executive Committee Petr Belus, Member of the House of Representatives of the National Assembly of the Republic of Belarus Anatoly Sivko, and Chairman of the Glubokoye District Council of Deputies Vera Telitsa.

Chairman of the District Executive Committee Petr Belus addressed the youth with a welcoming speech. Petr Kazimirovich began with a brief presentation of the Glubokoye district – one of the most industrially developed in the Vitebsk region. A district where all the necessary infrastructure for a comfortable life has been created.

– The Head of State has repeatedly stated in his speeches that the main value of our country as a whole is its people, and the main driving force, in whose hands lies the future, is the youth. And I believe that talented, energetic, goal-oriented young men and women who care about the future of our country have gathered in this hall today. Remember that all roads are open to you. Now is the time to choose your path and take advantage of the opportunities that our district offers, – noted Petr Belus. – Do not be afraid to be active, to offer bold ideas and move forward. Direct your energy towards the development of the organization, the city, and the country. Work can and should bring joy – especially when you put your soul into it. Remember: the one who walks the path will conquer it. The one who is not afraid to learn, overcome difficulties, and achieve their goals.

I sincerely wish you a fulfilling life, with ample room for studies, rest, social work, and warm relationships with loved ones, robust health, vigor and strength of spirit, the fulfillment of dreams and the realization of your boldest plans. Do not rest on your laurels. Be proactive, persistent, and believe in yourselves. May youth and confidence in your abilities always stay with you!

In his speech, Anatoly Sivko, a deputy of the House of Representatives of the National Assembly of the Republic of Belarus, specifically noted that those who are starting their careers in Gluboksky district are fortunate, as Gluboksky district is one of the most promising districts in the region.

– I sincerely hope that each of you will make a worthy contribution to the socio-economic development of the Gluboksky region through your labor, – said Anatoly Viktorovich.

Vera Telitsa, Chairperson of the District Council of Deputies, addressing the participants of the event, noted that young people today have many opportunities for self-development, to express themselves, their skills, and talents.

– You have gained knowledge in universities and colleges, but you will earn experience and authority at your first workplace, – said Vera Mikhailovna. – Professionals in their field work alongside you, so learn, do not hesitate to ask questions, ask for help, and offer ideas. I wish you to become true professionals in your field. And may Gluboksky district become your home, as it once became home for me.

Young specialists asked the speakers many different questions and discussed the most pressing issues concerning youth with the district leadership. They inquired about opportunities for obtaining and privatizing rental housing, preferential lending for young specialists, and the development and plans for the district's improvement.

After the official part of the event, a city tour was organized for young specialists.
