An off-site seminar was held in Glubokoye for those responsible for organizing ideological work in the work collectives of organizations

The seminar began with a relevant topic – "Participation in elections is the right and civic duty of everyone." The speaker was Anatoly Sivko, a deputy of the House of Representatives of the National Assembly of the Republic of Belarus.

– On January 26, 2025, the presidential elections of the Republic of Belarus will be held. This is a landmark event in the development of any country, a test of the strength of the state's political system. After all, it is the presidential elections that determine the future. And what it will be depends on each of us. Therefore, participating in the vote is the duty of everyone who cares about Belarus, – emphasized Anatoly Viktorovich.

The off-site seminar also discussed the organization of ideological work in the work collective and the role of state and political symbols in ideological work.

Anatoly Gutsulyak, Deputy Head of the Main Department of Ideological Work and Youth Affairs of the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee, addressed the seminar participants on the topic of "Information Hygiene."

– A fake is an element of manipulation, and with digital hygiene, we fight to remain who we are. Therefore, it is important to critically approach any information received and use verified sources, including state media, which are backed by specific authors and editorial boards responsible for the published data, – noted Anatoly Nikolaevich.

Seminar participants familiarized themselves with the organization of ideological work at the dairy and canned goods plant and visited the production facilities.

– I believe this seminar was an important and useful event for all of us, – said Lyudmila Karnilovich, Head of the Department of Ideological Work and Youth Affairs of the Glubokoye District Executive Committee. – The topics we discussed concern pressing issues of our work, especially during the election campaign. I would like to highlight Anatoly Gutsulyak's presentation on information hygiene. In our time, when the internet is becoming the primary source of information for people, it is necessary to understand how to properly use these resources and avoid the risks associated with disinformation and manipulation. We must all be aware of our responsibility in this matter.
