An event was held in Glubokoye as part of a unified greening day

Large-scale greening took place in Glubokoye, on Severnaya Street. Participants planted 85 young maples and rowan trees – corresponding to the number of years Glubokoye district is celebrating this year. This action was held as part of a nationwide initiative by the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection, aimed at improving the environmental situation and creating a comfortable living environment.

Representatives of the district authorities, heads of organizations and institutions, deputies of the district Council, as well as concerned residents took part in the action.

The Chairman of the Glubokoye District Executive Committee, Petr Belus, emphasized the importance of such events for increasing the green cover of the country and bringing lands requiring restoration into use. He expressed hope that each planted sapling will become a symbol of care for the future and benefit many generations.

Among the active participants were local resident Vadim Romanchuk and his son Egor. Seeing what was happening from the window, Vadim could not stand aside. He shared that he considers it his duty to participate in such initiatives, as greening is a contribution to the health and well-being of all of us. By involving his son, he aims to instill in him a love for nature and responsibility for the surrounding world.

Petr Belus expressed gratitude to Vadim Romanchuk for his active civic stance and personal example.
