A field meeting of the board of the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee's Department of Culture was held at the Glubokoye City House of Culture

The Chairperson of the Glubokoye District Council of Deputies, Vera Telitsa, addressed the participants with an opening speech. She noted that thanks to such events, each participant can learn something new, enhance their knowledge, and apply it in their work.

The board discussed the work of cultural institutions in organizing leisure activities for children and adolescents, including those under special supervision.

The meeting concluded with an awards ceremony for cultural workers of the district and a concert program.
