From March 20, 2020 to March 27, 2020, the State Traffic Inspectorate of the Department of Internal Affairs of the Glubokoye District Executive Committee conducted a preventive operation, during which special attention was paid to passenger road transport (taxis). During the operation, 24 violations were detected. No traffic violations were found by taxi drivers.

At the same time, we inform you that due to the spring field work, the State Traffic Inspectorate of the Department of Internal Affairs of the Glubokoye District Executive Committee will conduct targeted raids, during which special attention will be paid to the equipment of agricultural machinery with lighting devices and retroreflective marking, of all forms of ownership, both belonging to agricultural organizations and from private farms. Special attention will also be paid to drivers of motorcycles and bicycles, horse-drawn vehicles, and pedestrians, especially during dark hours.

Clause 200. A bicycle must have a functional braking system, steering, and a horn, be equipped with a rearview mirror, a white reflector at the front, a red reflector (reflectors) at the rear, and orange reflectors on each side.

A horse-drawn vehicle must be equipped with white reflectors at the front, red reflectors at the rear, and a functional parking brake and wheel chocks as provided by the design.

Clause 148. Cycling must be done on a bicycle path, and in its absence, on the shoulder, sidewalk, or pedestrian path, without creating obstacles for safe pedestrian movement. In the absence of the specified road elements or the impossibility of moving on them, cyclists are allowed to move on the roadway in a single line no more than 1 meter from its right edge. In this case:

Clause 148.1. Moving more than 1 meter from the right edge of the roadway is permitted

only for bypassing an obstacle and, in permitted cases, for turning left or making a U-turn;

para.148.3. if there is a horizontal road marking line 1.2 on the roadway, designating its edge, this line should be located to the left of the cyclist.

para.149. When riding on the road at night and (or) in conditions of insufficient visibility, the bicycle or moped must be equipped with: a headlight (lamp) emitting white light at the front, and a lamp emitting red light at the rear.
