On August 17, the Ministry of Emergency Situations' republican campaign "Children in Focus," dedicated to Knowledge Day, commenced. This year, the campaign procedure has been slightly modified.

On August 17, the Ministry of Emergency Situations' republican campaign "Children in Focus," dedicated to Knowledge Day, commenced. This year, the campaign procedure has been slightly modified.

The campaign will be held in 2 stages. The first stage will last until August 31 and will take place at points of sale for school supplies. Employees of the district Ministry of Emergency Situations unit will remind parents and schoolchildren about the importance of adhering to safety rules. Practical contests, games, and logic puzzles will supplement theoretical knowledge. Moreover, parents and children will receive a small prize for successfully completing the tasks.

All prevention entities will be involved in the second stage of the campaign, as it will be conducted according to the plans of the "Unified Safety Day" campaign. The campaign will cover educational institutions, work collectives, and places of mass gathering. Ministry of Emergency Situations employees, in close cooperation with other interested organizations, will conduct preventive measures aimed at preventing deaths from external causes, including fires.
