The IV Republican Training Seminar of BRSM has started in Vitebsk

– Based on the work of our regional BRSM organization, we see how involved everyone is in all social processes of life, ready to defend the honor of our homeland at the most prestigious events. Youth is always at the forefront, in the first ranks of scientific, educational, creative, and production activities. These young people are our present, and the role of leaders in this work is invaluable. They are the force that unites, directs, and helps to ensure that the voice of youth sounds ever brighter and clearer, – noted the Chairman of the Regional Council of Deputies Dmitry Demidov. – The Republican seminar will allow our youth to communicate with like-minded people, exchange experiences, talk about their practices and achievements, and in the future, their ideas will serve as a guide for work.

The First Secretary of the BRSM Central Committee, Alexander Lukyanov, noted that the seminar also provides an opportunity to introduce newly elected secretaries to the experience of established colleagues in order to further develop their primary organization.
– It is very important for the leaders of the Central Committee and regional committees to consider the opinions of young people, to hear their ideas and proposals in building strategic plans. One of the initiatives that was announced at previous seminars was the implementation of an interactive information system that allows for process administration and maintains a rating of our activists. Even today, we are proud that for several years this opportunity has been available, and a smart card, a new membership card, has also appeared, – said Alexander Lukyanov. – In the program of the IV seminar, an important component will be visits to leading primary organizations at major enterprises in Vitebsk, and higher educational institutions. We have also invited experts who will talk, including about the trends that are currently forming among young people.
