Vladimir Yurgievich has been appointed Aide to the President of the Republic of Belarus – Inspector for the Vitebsk Region. The head of state, Alexander Lukashenko, made the relevant personnel decision.




Prior to this appointment, Vladimir Yurgievich held the position of Chairman of the Minsk District Executive Committee.
