Amendments have been made to the decree on the current bank account of individuals with basic service conditions

On August 22, President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko signed Decree No. 313, which amends the decree "On the basic current (settlement) bank account for individuals." BELTA was informed about this by the press service of the Belarusian leader.

The document is signed to create effective conditions for observing the limits on funds withheld from citizens' income, as established by the legislation on enforcement proceedings.

The decree stipulates that funds will not be debited from basic accounts in an undisputed manner, except for their debiting by enforcement bodies, bodies of the Social Protection Fund of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection, and bodies responsible for pension provision.

Undisputed debiting of funds from other citizens' accounts (electronic wallets) will remain unchanged.
