This victory gave us the opportunity to live, work, love, and rejoice in our children and grandchildren in peace.
We bow our heads to the valiant front-line soldiers and home front workers for their invaluable contribution to the Great Victory, for their post-war heroism in restoring the national economy. The victory in the Great Patriotic War is an instruction for future generations to cherish peace, to preserve it as the greatest asset.
