Commission meeting

On April 11, 2022, a commission meeting was held in the assembly hall of the Glubokoye District Executive Committee as part of the "For Safety Together!" campaign. The meeting was attended by chairmen of district working groups and inspection commissions, and heads of district law enforcement agencies. The Deputy Chairman of the Glubokoye District Executive Committee, Tatyana Tarasevich, presented two main topics: measures to strengthen public safety and discipline, and the work of law enforcement agencies to prevent deaths from external causes in the Glubokoye district in the first quarter of 2022.

In addition to rescuers, employees of housing and communal services, Gosenergo gaznadzor, Vitebskoblgaz, Vitebskenergo, Glubokoye Experimental Forestry, the water rescue society, the socio-pedagogical center, the district hospital, as well as chairmen of working groups, inspection commissions, and heads of law enforcement agencies took part.

Tatyana Tarasevich elaborated on Directive No. 1. However, existing problems in ensuring public safety and discipline have not been fully resolved. People continue to die from external causes. The main causes of incidents resulting in deaths are the irresponsible attitude of citizens towards their personal safety. During the discussion, problematic issues regarding Directive No. 1 were raised, to which Tatyana Tarasevich responded.

The Head of the Glubokoye District Department for Emergency Situations, Vasily Zavadsky, provided information on the state of fire safety, cited the causes of fires in 2022, and identified problematic issues arising in the work of inspection commissions. The First Deputy Head of the Department, Ruslan Ermakovich, detailed all aspects of planning and carrying out the direct work of inspection commissions. Particular attention was paid to the completion of documentation used in the work.

Those present in the hall asked questions from their seats, highlighted problematic issues, and made suggestions for improving this work.

The Ministry of Emergency Situations reminds that burning dry vegetation, post-harvest residues, and grass is strictly prohibited. Administrative liability is provided for violation of these requirements.
