Joint Protection Efforts: Prevention Entities Conduct Joint Activities

In the Glubokoye district, prevention entities are conducting joint events as part of the republican campaign "For Safety Together". Representatives of the Glubokoye District Department for Emergency Situations, the Glubokoye Inter-district Department of Energy Supervision of RUP "Vitebskenergo", and the unitary enterprise "GlubokoeGaz" are holding meetings in school auditoriums and work collectives to highlight the most important safety aspects.

The republican campaign "For Safety Together" is actively underway in the Glubokoye district. In addition to inspecting households, employees of the Glubokoye District Department for Emergency Situations are visiting both children's and adult audiences.

"The purpose of our visit to you is to prevent disaster and remind you of the basics of life safety," - begins the meeting a representative of the "101 service". After all, disaster often comes not out of malice, but out of habit: "it will probably pass," "we've always done it this way." The "For Safety Together!" campaign is especially important for those who cannot always notice danger themselves. We, the prevention entities, will help with this, - emphasizes Daria Kapshul, inspector of the propaganda and public relations sector of the Glubokoye District Department for Emergency Situations.

As part of the preventive event, representatives of the rescue department remind about the importance of installing an autonomous fire alarm, about the proper condition of stove heating, and recall the most common problems in stove heating: cracks in the stove bodies, unplastered, unwhitewashed chimneys in attic spaces, and the absence of locking devices on hearth doors.

In addition, an employee of the "101" service emphasized the importance of maintaining order on the adjacent territory and explained the precautions when removing plant waste.

In school auditoriums, children, together with rescuers, recalled emergency service numbers, "flew to Balamatia" by completing tasks on fire safety knowledge, and spent their time productively.

The safety "relay" was picked up by employees of the Glubokoye Inter-district Energy Supervision Department of RUP "Vitebskenergo", as well as the unitary enterprise "GlubokoeGaz", who covered issues of rules for the use of gas devices and appliances, and electrical appliances.
