A resident of the Gluboksky district appealed to Natalya Kochanova. With what question?

The Begoml rural executive committee, usually quiet, became the center of attention for residents not only of Dokshitsky district but of the entire country. The Chairperson of the Council of the Republic of the National Assembly of the Republic of Belarus, Natalya Kochanova, held a personal reception of citizens here.

An impressive queue lined up to see Natalya Ivanovna. It is noteworthy that among those registered were not only residents of the Vitebsk region but also guests from Minsk. The range of issues, as expected, turned out to be extensive and reflected the full spectrum of everyday concerns of Belarusians. Issues of healthcare, housing and communal services, housing provision – each person who came brought their own story, their own pain, their own hope for help.

Special attention should be paid to the organization of the reception. For the prompt resolution of the voiced issues, heads of local authorities were present in video conference studios in the districts of the Vitebsk region. Thus, in Gluboksky district, the chairman of the district executive committee Petr Belus, the administrator of affairs of the district executive committee Inna Sultanova, and the director of Gluboksky electric networks Oleg Apetenok were online. This format allowed not only to hear the problem but also to immediately begin its resolution, bypassing bureaucratic delays.

One striking example of this approach was the appeal from a resident of Gluboksky District regarding the power supply to one of the streets in the village of Checheli. Natalia Ivanovna, without delay, gave a clear instruction: Petr Belus, together with specialists from "Vitebskenergo," must visit the site and work out a solution to the issue. Moreover, Natalia Kochanova took the resolution of this problem under her personal control.
