The content of the "Call 101" campaign consists of telephone conversations with people with whom contact is limited. The telephone conversation will include questions about safe living, prevention of dry vegetation fires, and information on actions in case of emergencies. Problematic issues will also be clarified and transferred to interested structures with subsequent coordination for their resolution.

The campaign also has an educational character for people whose elderly parents live in rural settlements. Being always in touch and caring for the safety of the elderly is a common task for both the state and citizens.
