Around 100 representatives of companies and organizations of the Vitebsk oblast will take part in the seminar dedicated to minimization of the impact of the global financial market on industrial companies of the region. The seminar will be held in the Vitebsk Oblast Executive Committee on January 26, BelTA learnt in the Vitebsk Oblast Union of Employers. During the seminar, its participants are set to discuss the development of the global financial crisis, the tendencies of the economy development and the measures dealing with the liberalization of the national economy. These issues are to be considered in the report of Georgy Gritz, deputy director of the Centre of System Analysis and Strategic Research of the Belarusian National Academy of Sciences, who will take part in the seminar. Management of the Vitebsk companies will discuss the possibilities of minimization of crisis’ consequences, the improvement of corporate governance and innovation activity of economic entities. The seminar will be organized by the Vitebsk Oblast Executive Committee and the Vitebsk Oblast Union of Employers. The Vitebsk Oblast Union of Employers is the biggest non-commercial union of employers of the Vitebsk oblast. It was established in 1999. The union is composed of more than 250 companies and organizations.
