India ready to partake in privatization in Belarus
MINSK, March 19 (BelTA) – India is ready to get involved in privatization in Belarus, BelTA learnt from new Ambassador of India to Belarus Ramesh Chander at the international economic forum ‘Investment initiatives of the Vitebsk oblast.’ ‘More and more Indian companies invest their money in various projects abroad. India has enough financial and human resources for that. Belarus should also get involved in this process, after all it has developed a good scientific and technical base,’ Ramesh Chander said. He also added that Belarus and India have developed good relations, there are no political problems, and the bilateral trade keeps growing. By 2010, it will hit $500 million. ‘Now we should focus on the further expansion of economic relations. We have great potential for that,’ the new Ambassador underlined.
