More than 45K tonnes of oil delivered to Mozyr refinery via Odessa-Brody pipeline
KYIV, 22 November (BelTA) – Ukraine has already delivered half of the trial consignment of Venezuelan oil to the Mozyr oil refinery via the Odessa-Brody pipeline, BelTA learnt from the dispatching office of Ukrtransnafta. In line with the data provided by the Ukrainian company, as of 14.00, November 22nd, a total of 45,000 tonnes of oil have been delivered to the Mozyr refinery. The tanker carrying 80,000 tonnes of Venezuelan oil docked at the Yuznhy seaport (the Odessa Oblast) on 18 November. After the tanker had been unloaded and all the customs formalities completed, the trial pumping of oil to Mozyr via the Odessa-Brody pipeline began in the averse mode on 20 November. A contract on trial pumping of Venezuelan oil to Belarus was signed by the Belarusian Oil company and Ukrtransnafta in late October. The Venezuelan oil will be supplied to Belarus on the swap terms with the use of oil from different sources.
