VITEBSK, 4 June (BelTA) – The plane of Patriarch Kirill has safely landed in Vitebsk on 4 June, BelTA has learnt. Patriarch of Moscow and All Russia Kirill came to Vitebsk from Karelia, after that he will travel to the Smolensk Oblast by car. At the Vitebsk airport the Patriarch was welcomed by Smolensk Oblast Governor, representatives of Vitebsk and Orsha Eparchy and the local authorities of the Vitebsk Oblast. The Patriarch had a rest, after that he left for Katyn together with the Smolensk Oblast officials.
