VITEBSK, 17 July (BelTA) – The Slavonic Bazaar in Vitebsk teaches to value the brotherhood of the Slavonic people, People’s Artist of the Soviet Union Iosif Kobzon said at a closing ceremony of the 18th international festival of arts in Vitebsk on 16 July. The Slavonic Bazaar in Vitebsk must go on, believes Iosif Kobzon. “The festival is the best school for the Union State politicians to learn how to love, make friends and value the brotherhood of the Slavonic people,” Iosif Kobzon said.
