VITEBSK, 13 July (BelTA) – The Day of Culture of Russia will be held at the International Arts Festival Slavonic Bazaar in Vitebsk on 13 July, BelTA learnt. Participating in the event will be the Moiseyev Folk Dance Ensemble. The concert program includes works of different periods of his creative work. One of them is a Belarusian dance called Bulba, one of Igor Moiseyev’s first works. The repertoire of the Moiseyev’s company corresponds to the main idea of the festival “Through Art towards Peace and Mutual Understanding”. A traditional festival press conference will be held prior to the performance Igor Moiseyev’s ensemble. The Day of Culture of Russia will also feature a concert by Russian romance singer Leonid Serebrennikov. Boris Moiseyev is set to present his new album “Dance in White”. Victory Square in Vitebsk will play host to a disco featuring popular DJs from Russia and Italy. A song contest draw will be held on 13 July. Chairman of the jury is People’s Artist of Russia Maksim Dunayevsky. He is also set to participate in the press conference prior to the evening concert
