Verkhnedvinsk expands by 220ha
VITEBSK, 16 September (BelTA) – Verkhnedvinsk will expand by almost 220 hectares. The decision to shift the borders of the town was made at a regular session of the Vitebsk Oblast Council of Deputies on 16 September, BelTA has learnt. The expansion of the town is stipulated by the general outlay of the town’s development. At present Verkhnedvinsk is experiencing a construction boom. A new residential neighborhood consisting of 85 private houses will be constructed here. The general outlay envisages the construction of a kindergarten, a supermarket and a manufactured goods store, and a gas station. As a result of the expansion, the town will include reserve lands and nine private land plots. According to the Land Code of the Republic of Belarus, the land plots will not be taken away from their owners.
