VITEBSK, 3 February (BelTA) – The Vitebsk Office of the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry is organizing a visit of Belarusian businessmen to China on 27 February-5 March, the Vitebsk Office told BelTA. The program of the visit will place a spotlight on the Asian largest exhibition project WoodBuild / Woodmac / FurniTek China-2011 in Beijing. The project combines construction, woodworking and furniture production expos. The Belarusian delegation will have an opportunity to get familiar with the cutting-edge technologies in the construction and woodworking areas, modern finishing agents as well as the woodworking machinery, furniture manufacturing technologies. Belarusian businessmen will also attend the 21st international prestigious trade fair East China Fair 2011. The exhibition will feature textile, linen, clothes, decorative artware and illuminative devices. Moreover, the Belarusian delegation is expected to hold several meetings with representatives of Chinese companies to dsicuss possible joint projects on production upgrading and investment. The organizers of the visit are the Vitebsk Office of the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry jointly with the office of the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry in the People’s Republic of China. The Vitebsk Office receives applications for partaking in a trip to China until 14 February.
