MINSK, 7 May (BelTA) – Belarus will observe a national one-minute silence on 9 May during the military parade dedicated to the 65th anniversary of Victory in the Great Patriotic War, BelTA informs. All the state-run and private Belarusian TV and radio channels will suspend their broadcasting for 60 seconds to pay tribute to the memory of those killed in the Great Patriotic War. Belarus will observe the one-minute silence for the first time in its history.
