MOSCOW, 23 March (BelTA) – Staring from 2012 Belarusian business entities will be entitled to execute government orders in Russia and take part in the public procurement contracts on terms of Russian suppliers of goods and services, Russia’s Deputy Economic Development Minister Aleksei Likhachev told reporters on 23 March, BelTA has learned. “The national treatment regime with Belarus will be launched starting from 2012, with Kazakhstan starting from 2014,” Aleksei Likhachev said. He stressed that the countries have signed a relevant agreement within the framework of the Customs Union of Belarus, Russia and Kazakhstan and the formation of the Single Economic Space.
