MINSK, April 14 (BelTA) – Belarusian and Czech businessmen will discuss the possibilities of creation of joint ventures. A delegation of Belarusian businessmen will visit Prague on May 4-7, BelTA learnt from the Minsk office of the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry. In Prague, the Belarusian businessmen are expected to have talks with Czech businessmen, meet with representatives of ministries and governmental departments. They plan to visit some enterprises. Czech importers are interested in Belarusian wood-working, textile, machine-building, metallurgical and electrotechnical products. The Czech side also shows interest in the Belarusian food, petrochemical, energy, footwear and construction branches. The visit is organized by the Minsk office of the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry jointly with the Czech Chamber of Commerce and Industry under the auspices of the Belarusian Embassy in the Czech Republic. The main goal of the visit is to establish international contacts, expand sales markets, attract investments, set up joint ventures.
